I worked at PT Gaming full-time for less than a year

Good job for just starting Adults

Work Schedule they say is 8 Hours but they company keeps you for overtime constantly.
    Company does not value employees.
This is the lowest Pay for any third party players or bankers in the area.
This company does not have good work/life balance. People with children have schedules and need to pay for childcare if they are held over by forcing employees with children to do overtime, it also forces the employees to pay extra daycare for children and by the extra expenses its like the employee is working overtime for free.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pt Gaming just moved from Crystal Casino, instead of taking care of employees and keeping long term employees they made them either take lay-off or switch to new company. They only asked short term employees to transfer to hustler casino. Patrick says that he cares about his employees but got rid of his most experienced as soon as the chance arrived. This company does not understand the extra expenses that occur when you hold parents over. Also, the supervisors do not communicate, so when you tell a supervisor your having problems with the overtime or anything else you haft to explain it to 12 different people, not just 1 supervisor but 3 or 4 and then 3 or 4 team leaders needless to say none listen about what your going through or even care or try. Needless to say a schedule is a schedule and overtime should only happen every once in a while not every day or every other day. It's strange they laid off employees but are still short.
