The company has some brand-name clients with high-value projects. Accordingly, there are opportunities for interesting experiences and industry networking if assigned to the right projects.

The culture embodies the worst traits of their banking clients. Pay is far below industry peers and there is no room for advancement. Management has accepted that young employees will leave, and therefore treat them with little respect.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company has poor financial controls and accepts work that doesn't fit the economics of IT infrastructure consulting. Overhead needs to be substantially cut. Stop paying premiums to acquire companies that offer fringe ("complimentary") services, and use the cash to retain employees and develop core businesses.
