Former Employee - Senior Software Engineer in San Jose, CA
Former Employee - Senior Software Engineer in San Jose, CA

I worked at Pace International full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good place to learn technology

    Cons

Lousy pay. Lousy hours. No career advancement. Layoffs every quarter and when they do, its a few people at a time so as not to trigger WARN act

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Build your assets in employees and they will pull hard for you. If you have only short-term goals then everyone will be dissatisfied and all you can do is spin your wheels and remain at the same place till the gas runs out.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
