Being part of a team; working with general & specialty doctors. Having a solid foundation with area to advance. Have a training team to aid with your needs or the office needs.
Front office & back office seems to run understaffed, which effects the whole flow of the office as well as patient care. There is a disconnect with what PDS wants the protocol to be compared to what actually takes place. The office manager have a lot to take on & unfortunately most don't have the education or emotional control they need in order to manage an office.
Advice to Management
Be the first one in and the last one out, not just during the first month or two at a office. Lead by example, if you don't want your team calling out, being late, etc then you shouldn't either. Be honest with your RM on what you need so they can help you.
