    I worked at Pacific Pulmonary Services full-time (More than a year)


    Able to work your own schedule and manage your territory. Great training for new reps - well thought out and provided a great deal of knowledge based on what we were selling.


    Mgmt changes regularly; comp plan changed 3 times in 18 months making it impossible to hit goals, let alone exceed them. Starting base pay was........a pittance.

    Advice to Management

    Don't treat your reps like "dime a dozen" employees. Set a commission plan that is actually achievable and don't punish your reps for things they are not responsible for - patient turnover especially.
