    I have been working at PageGroup full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Opportunity is endless. Whether it's knowledge, education, networking, friendships, travel, career growth, compensation, incentives - Page is always rolling out new ways to keep things exciting here. Expectations are outlined from day 1 and upper management and the L&D team are always available to help you or train you in the areas that need improvement, all you have to do is take initiative and ask.

    The people are great! It's a very social and diverse environment. You are surrounded by highly motivated individuals. It's an open environment so if you see someone hammering the phones all day or out on client visits all day, it drives you to want to get to their level. You will end up hanging out with the people you work with outside of work.

    This is a sales job, so you aren't expected to make bonus in your first quarter. But they're are plenty of other ways to make a lot of money in your first quarter.

    Flexibility - you plan your own day. This is not a cold-calling, sales job. You are in and out of the office, meeting with candidates and clients every day.

    Time off is great - we have 20 days + all of the holidays.

    No one said recruitment was an easy industry to be in! It's hard work, it's competitive, but when you are doing the job well - it's the best job in the world.

    Cons

    Work/life balance seems to be a common theme. The hours are 8-7pm, except for Friday's. After being here for a bit you have more flexibility with your hours. If you live outside of the city, you should move into the city to have better balance. It will make the job a lot better. You are not asked to work super late hours.

    Turnover - but you will see that in any sales job.
