    I worked at PageSoutherlandPage full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Very smart and witty architects to work with. Most were always willing to help and seemed nice about it.

    Cons

    Very high strung, not so nice and rigid thinking interior designers. Almost like Highschool all over again, if you didn't wear designers or didn't go to the salon every other week you weren't as liked. Very unfortunate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Double check on your VPs. Make sure they're not driving your staff away. And if they are, maybe check if they can get better or find a better one to replace them.
