    I have been working at Panalpina full-time (more than 3 years)


    Reasonable Benefits, Numerous offices, Exchange Program, business-unit-level support


    Management at multiple levels does not coordinate efforts(Corporate to Regional to Local), Business Unit Management is disconnected, HR seems fairly lax. (if you have a problem, you need to take control of it, and not rely on corporate.)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get on the same page! We receive different direction on a daily basis about company goals from different representatives. This could be in regards to profit versus volume, PTO policies, and even customer relationships.
