I worked at Panavision (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Leadership was very good when I worked there. Very challenging environment and was fun to work.

    Cons

you need to be a part of the industry some how , some where to understand the jargon… If you are fresh to the business, it will take some time to get used to the idiosyncrasies of the business.
