    No work life balance. They say it's your fault if you don't have a work life balance yet you are required to work 50 hours a week, that's 5 days open to close. Your days off cannot be consecutive. You must be short simple and priscise when speaking. Future based language, on use I never we. They spend a lot of time on the way their managers speak, yet they don't even make sense when they talk. They say they don't discriminate yet we need to hire people with "healthy lifestyles". They only have 1 manager running a store. That's ridiculous. Any restaurant has a manager for every shift but not panda. Although the 1 GM is held 100% responsible for anything and everything on their day off. So make sure you answer your phone everytime it rings on your "day off". You are accountable to deal with all vendors and maintenance at your store. The rules and policies they have can be very tiring. Just make sure you don't make a mistake.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Andrew and Peggy have good intentions. As those intentions are passed down the ladder they change. Pay closer attentions to how your ACO'S really treat their managers. If you really want to be the world leader in people development you need to be more appealing. Most GMIT's quit. Why? Because the way they are talked to/ treated. How else do you make your company more appealing? Take the no work life balance feedback seriously!! If everyone keeps giving the same feedback maybe you should listen. Your company isn't a good career choice for people with kids. Of my child has a school function on a Saturday I'm not allowed to take off work.
