I have been working at Panera Bread part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The employee discount (while working) is okay. The costumers here are for the most part, friendly. They are very supportive of the military community.

    Cons

Managers aren't supportive of their team members as well as they don't have enough people working.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more organized, put schedule out and plan accordingly.. If it's a Saturday, then plan to have more people on the schedule.. If it's a Monday, then you don't need a ton of people, otherwise you're going to have too many people when you don't need (waste money) and too few people when you're rushed.
