Former Employee - Delivery Driver/Shift Manager in Seattle, WA

I worked at Papa John's part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good hours, opportunity for advancement, decent pay. Tips depend on area size and area, but generally they are good. Wouldn't work there longer than necessary, but its a good job for students.

    Cons

Low hourly wage. Micromanagement from the district managers is intense. Hours can be tight depending on your store manager. Working nights/weekends is necessary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire district managers who do not micromanage stores and place more trust in the store managers to do their job. Treat employees like they are valued instead of disposable.
