    I worked at PaperG full-time

    - mostly pleasant, outgoing, smart employees who are friendly and fun to interact with outside of a work context
    - great food perks (free lunch, breakfast, and snacks)
    - talented senior engineers who do great work

    - lots of first time managers, leadership lacks experience
    - long long long hours with little to no appreciation or recognition for hard work
    - no work life balance. people often stay 12 hour days and it is almost an expected part of any employee's role here
    - insanely low salary way below industry standards, and HR unwilling to negotiate
    - many of the 5 star reviews for this profile are fake and have been written by one person (read them. they sound suspiciously similar)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - pay your employees more
    - do not encourage such long hours
    - improve channels of communication
