Benefits are good despite the poor HR and Miserable workers.Cons
# 1. Parallon will Low Ball you for the least possible humiliating wage they can get away with not caring about the fact you need to live eat and pay bills to survive. Despite the fact that your previous pay was higher and the department head had already offered you the position.
#2 Despite the strict long drawn out hiring process, paper work and background check all their office staff are older and white females which means that the EEOC needs to work this company over.
#3 if you're younger and not white you'll suffer the consequences of working with an older female unfriendly lazy staff of white women that want to do as little work possible before they retire, Who also mistreat you if you are not white and old (racism and age discrimination). And my skin is not even tan by the way.
#4 Good luck if you have any questions for Parallon because despite normal business hours they never answer the phone. (unprofessional) Causing you to stop by at their office because you figure they must be busy only to find there office is empty and void of any sign of Working at all, yet #5
#5 And if you stop by the office to tie up any loose ends in the process and ask to use a computer they tell you that all three of their computers are down.
HCA may possibly BE A DECENT COMPANY BUT i WOULD not KNOW THANKS TO PARALLON WHO DOES SOME OF THEIR HIRING.
