    Attended an interview workshop.

I have been working at Pareto Law

Well structured. The room was never left in silence. Between each stage an employee would come into the room and talk to us about interviewing. The do's the do not's.

Merely the nature of group testing which is essential but annoying.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work. Making the whole day an opportunity to gain tips for interviewing is essential. It separates your process from competitors e.g. Turnstone, long lengths of silence and attendance in the room by the organisers.
