Pareto was a great place to work before the business took on a US investor

I worked at Pareto full-time (More than 5 years)

Pareto was a an awesome progressive company with a unique vision and culture until 2012. they were a leader in the space of Shopper Marketing and able to boast a list of leading brands as clients.

The business leaders were required by the new investors to focus on unrealistic growth and do anything to make the nunmbers. The focus on the clients and the employees was eroded and what was once a great business and work environment became an unbearable place to be. The end was devastating for the meployees, clients, and shareholders and the company crumbled into bankruptcy under the leadership of the US Investors and their newly appointed CEO.

    Advice to Management

To the Canadian Leadership -- it was great while it lasted. Sorry it ended as it did.
