    terrible salary
you will never see your commission
you sit right on top of everyone, there is no personal space

    30 minute unpaid lunch break

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees more. we live in nyc, not a small town in the midwest. For the hours worked, the 30 minute lunch break is cruel and illegal. you do the bare minimum when it comes to employee benefits, but expect the employee to slave over the phones for 10 hours a day.
