Former Employee - Project Engineer in Seattle, WA

I worked at Parsons Brinckerhoff full-time (more than 5 years)

    Good projects to work on.

No commitment to the employee. They will hire to fill a position on a project. No commitment to career development and continued employment. They say they will share work between offices but that is not the case.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work harder to develop staff. To many overpaid managers. Overhead rate to high. Priced out of may markets. Need to get lean.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
