I worked at Parsons Brinckerhoff full-time (more than an year)

    Pay & Benefits: Are good

Commute: Metro accessible (many stations near by)
Senior Executives: Greater to work with vs lower level managers

    -Training was inconsistent

-Some managers showed more concern for people who actually bring in the money like engineers, consultants, etc.

-Lack of communication from and within management.

-No universal office structure (ex: DC not like Corporate office with standards, etc.)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show more interest in employee morale by having more meaningful in person meetings with them.

Employees were left out of the loop a lot unless they were senior managers. Some information is pertinent to an employee's performance and there are just some things that they need to be made aware of.
