Former Employee - Regional Manager, Great Lakes Division in Chicago, IL

I worked at Parsons Corporation full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Very large. Global. Influential in the industries it serves.

    Cons

I have seen extremely disrespectful treatment of hard working professionals, including some in positions of (supposed) power.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get to know those who make you successful, as much as is possible. Let people know, even if through mass communications, that you know how the countless difficult tasks get completed; that they don't just "happen". And that they don't just happen because of how terrific you, yourselves, are. There are many spokes in a working wheel. And each one can be so critical if you happen to hit a bump right where "that spoke" is situated in the working wheel. Value your people!
