    They have a great office with coffee and treats, plus fun evening events, if you're into that kind of thing. My direct superiors were great and always gave really good feedback.


    Maybe instead of building a keg fridge into your kitchen you could have used that money for more job security for employees who were there as temps for 2+ years? I was a contract worker in a position that continually got overlooked for a permanent position despite the fact that I was assigned to a never-ending project and felt pretty shafted that the company basically prioritized putting a keg fridge in over keeping loyal employees.

    Advice to Management

    Try to create more inclusive after-work activities. When I was there, it was mainly beer and ping pong, with a lot of people drinking and 'woo'ing loudly like they never left their college frat/sorority parties.
