I worked at Patelco Credit Union full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good benefits, nice corporate offices, non managemen staff members are great

    Cons

Poor management team, treat people like objects not human beings, exec management is not held accountable and pushes blame down, toxic work environment, advancement means more work with little or no extra real income.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

CEO Ed Callahan would turn in his grave with what Ken Burns did to environment and culture, hard work used to be rewarded, tough environment was rewarded with opportunity and reward. Now its just tough environment with rewards and opportunity removed.
