I have been working at Patient First

    Pros

The benefits, flexibility, and compensation relative to other companies are very appealing. The patients are always interesting and this is a good company for honing your customer service skills. Client care is key at Patient First and being surrounded by friendly people can my the day a lot more pleasant.

    Cons

There are an overall lack of inner controls in place to evaluate performance. Favorites thrive and hard work isn't rewarded as much as it should be. Management, at times, can seem out of touch, contradictory, and resistant to change.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees ideas and complaints. Progress is driven by new ideas, not like-mindedness.
