    Pros

Co-workers: Patterson had/has some of the best people you'll ever have the pleasure of working with.
Cutting Edge Tech: It is true that Patterson has the best tech in the dental industry. Every other dental distributor is playing catchup.

    Cons

Local Branch Management: Can sometimes be disconnected from corporate. Mostly a bad thing because corporate vision seems correct. Execution was sometimes wholly disconnected.
Opportunities: Quickly reached the maximum "pay" grade for several positions within the company.
There is no benefit to sticking with a company that will not give yearly minimum raises which are in line to cost of living increases.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your non-salesmen employees, for heaven sakes! Our daily interactions with customers means something.
Pay people what they are worth! You will always lose great talent if you cannot be competitive with the rest of the industry.
