I have been working at Pavestone full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

If you can handle back-breaking hard work, every single day, then you'll have a job for life because they will NEVER fire you!

    Cons

It is a very dangerous job which requires intense physical labor all year round, working outside, in the elements. After Pavestone was purchased by Quikrete they now require any new employees AND current employees to have a college degree before being considered for a promotion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grandfather in the 300 or so employees that were hired by Pavestone, before the company was purchased by Quikrete, and allow them to still be considered for promotions. If the college degree rule stays in place there will be many employees leaving in a mass exodus.
