    Pros

    time off sick time, pto, 5 days holiday pay.. brakes, 1 hour lunch. training that was paid for by the company. Training was 2 weeks long

    Cons

    lots of work, no ot, office politics, pay more money to start. Help employees advace more within the company.

    Advice to Management

    training in ny was great but you should start off paying at a higher rate. you will continue to loose quality ppl to a different company.
