    I have been working at Paycor full-time

    Pros

    - Great products that really make a difference for our clients
    - Service model that is great
    - Value employee opinions
    - Great internal resources
    - A huge focus on technology and product development
    - A culture around caring about their employees, clients and the community

    Cons

    This is a sales environment, they want everyone to be successful. Sales people don't have much down time, the ramp up time is short.
