There is a disconnect in communication between employees and management.
The company wastes time and money by continuously asking for employee input and reports and then ignores the information you give them. They have lost sight of the customer that can afford their products and are trying to market themselves to a trendier customer who will not pay the higher prices for fashion. If they want to continue to stay in business they need to listen to the customers and front line retail employees as to styling, fabrics and color- not try to dictate to the customers what they or the fashion designers think they should be wearing. Their trend is to open up more outlet stores (which really aren't true outlet stores since they are carrying current goods) to compete against their regular price stores ( which they are continuing to close). Some customers will shop on line but at this price point most customers want to touch feel and try on prior to purchasing.
Why waste money to send out a new policy and procedure book when it is outdated and half of the information is no longer viable?Advice to ManagementAdvice
