    I have been working at Penske Truck Leasing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    This company is looking for people to grow and stay with the company, so they are very good with promoting people that are hardworking and committed. They offer competitive benefits and pay, and offer a good work environment with friendly people always willing to help.

    Cons

    As a new hire, one can expect to get the hours that no one wants (nights and weekends).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay by performance to increase productivity. Also, consider what one brings to the table instead of their title in designing the pay structure (languages skills, etc)
