    I worked at Pentagon Federal Credit Union full-time (more than an year)


    - awarded time off for meeting sales goals
    - if you move up and off the phones the position is stable/decent


    - terrible, horrible members
    - overworked and abused customer service reps
    - if you're good on the phone, they won't promote you up until they absolutely have to, because they have so much difficulty holding on to capable talent and don't like promoting up people who provide good customer service, leaving behind the dregs of support to answer phones.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fire absolutely everyone in the Omaha branch. Being one time zone behind Omaha meant the last three hours of my shifts were mostly fixing the mistakes of the previous MSRs who worked with the customer, and 9/10 times, that mistake was from an Omaha MSR.
