    I worked at Penton

When I started, it had a good corporate culture and so much potential. Clear direction. Hopeful future.

Increasingly poor Senior Management choices. A marked increase in blatant nepotism. Not even a pretense of caring about employees'career growth or longevity with the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up before it's too late. Yes, you can always replace employees...but the good ones take a lot with them when they leave. Morale takes a hit. Institutional knowledge disappears. And stop the hiring of pleasant, but unqualified, friends.
