Good start in a career. If you are doing it for the people and experience great. Not the pay.

    Pros

Your direct manager wants you to succeed. The best immediate coworkers you'll ever have in an early career. I guess everyone runs on their passion which translate to the company as " light on our pocket " but ironically this mindset in workers becomes excellent for customers who they care about. Fast paced and lots of energy. You make it fun!

    Cons

Their roles are broader and more comprehensive than you are initially lead to believe which is fine if they pay you as you increase your skill set with the more state recognized certifications and licensing you acquire. instead you are met with "it is for your own personal benefit and growth, that is why you do it". Some people need to make a living. another thing to mention is that they transfer people so much it disrupt team building and flow=unhappy confuse employees. Once again read the job title and description and it s equivalent in another bank before proceeding to offer. Any initial offer is low ball hike it up by 3-5 dollars and that is the pay you should be getting. let them come back to you with counter offers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get in touch and do something right. There is no mentorship. Where is the tangible proof of this aligning with your company values? Increase retention of all levels of staff. It says something when its not lower level staff leaving only. Give your employees good salary and you wont lose out to competitors especially the veterans. Finally, do not under resource your staff and penalize them for not meeting goals in their reviews.
