    Rules constantly change, confused on the direction the company was moving in. You're only a number.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat your employees, like people, they have family and responsibilities besides work. If it wash't for us little people the company wouldn't still be in operation. Don't say one thing and then never do it, there's instances where we would get threatening memos stating don't care how long you been here you may be out of a job for not shaking hands with customers. Unbelievable
