    Pros

Great benefits, decent pay.good adherence to dress code

    Cons

Warehouse people get one raise per year. No 401K match unless you are very low on the totem pole from what I have seen. They preach about family life yet seem to appreciate you more if you have none. They preach rewards but have none. I have seen bonuses go out the window for salespeople. They used to give them and now they don't. What exactly is your incentive to sell product anymore. This is not the company it used to be. The only people I have heard who like working here are the short timers (1yr or less). Everyone is too scared to complain to management due to possibly getting fired because of it. They have taken away stock buy in options as well for low level employees. For salespeople the vacations are bid on and if you just started, you don't get a vacation when your kids are out of school.

    Advice to Management

Companies do not win with diversity and inclusion, they win with skill and expertise. Do not hire someone just because they can pass a test. Stop fast tracking the people that fall in the diverse and inclusive category, that breeds hatred and poor morale. Create some type of anonymous forum/soapbox style area where compaints about overall business practices can be made. Management seems to follow what they are supposed to, but it doesn't seem to help. People are asked where do they see themselves in 2 or 5 years, but no offers of helping you reach your goals.
