Former Employee - Sales Operations Intern in Charlotte, NC

I worked at PepsiCo as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

A fantastic experience that allows for managerial and analytical skills growth. Receiving a real, value added project allows for collaboration and individual work with co-workers and managers. The opportunities to get involved were endless, and the people were fantastic.

    Cons

The time frame for the internship feels to short. With the learning curve involved in entering a new company (or the workforce) as well as formal training involved, it can feel like the internship is winding down before it really begins. When I finished the program, all I could think about was what more I could have accomplished with a few extra ideas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing a great job and continue to challenge new employees!
