Current Employee - Route Sales Associate

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time for less than a year

    - Given plenty of opportunity to grow career-wise, as long as you're okay with moving around
    - Company values promoting from within
    - Supportive managers
    - Huge company with a product that sells itself

    - Each location differs at least moderately on how they work/demands on employees/supportive managers. This is common in most companies, but becomes a bit of a problem in a company that expects you to move around often
    - Although managers are supportive, I feel that I am on HR's back burner the majority of the time
    - Can be easy to get caught up in the bureaucracy of such a large company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep listening to your front-line employees when it comes to demanding more from them. Value them, as they are the building blocks of the company.
