People working on the floor are wonderful. Great benefits. Lots of information.
Training was not consistent. Standards and ethics not consistent. Upper management needs help with understanding people. No work life balance.
Advice to Management
Give new people the ability to grow and learn in a positive environment. Give employees on the floor more appreciation for their job.
