I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

-Culture is very supportive of professional development / growth
-Great brands and products that all employees can relate to
    -Strong work life balance

    Cons

-Primary downside would be compensation at the Analyst / Sr. Analyst level
-There are a lot of layers from an organizational structure perspective

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to focus on developing young talent. Review compensation package at the lower (Analyst / Sr. Analyst) level
