Management at my current location is very reasonable. They take time to listen to They pay for current position is above average for the area.

Over the past six years all aspects of the business has started to decline. Left one location for another and this division of Pepsi appears better.Biggest downfall that occurred was the implementation of no promoting without a degree. This has led to a lot of the decline in our region.Recent graduates do not have a clue how to do things, specifically in the field. Pay structure change declines, all leads to the mass turnover and decline. The structure of non essential management, especially middle management has to many individuals putting input in and confusion always happens.

    Advice to Management

Start promoting from with in. There are former management individuals being passed up for college grads way to often. Streamline the middle management. Too many people passed over with ten or more years experience in the field with past management experience.
