I worked at PepsiCo full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay is almost fair for the amount of work that is required. That is the only pro.

    Cons

Extremely Stressful work. Always work holidays and weekends. They have constantly cut RSR's % of comission over the years. Just recently they switched to a new salary system which created another huge pay cut for a lot of RSR's. I feel sorry for there families. Definitely not a place to stay long term. The company is going in a bad direct a lot of unethical 2 faced management styles. Almost no room for advancement. If you do not get hired on as a manager already you will stay in the same position for the rest of your career.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management forces you to sacrifice the quality of customer service to meet sales goals.
