    Pros

Freedom of not having someone always looking down your back. Good pay $15.25 an hour plus getting $.57 cents a mile for driving your own vehicle. Fairly good job for the pay. Working at your own pace is very nice. I recommend this job if you know what you are in for and if you fit to do the job.

    Cons

When sales are good, the work days are long and sometimes feel like they are never ending when customers are buying a lot of product. Sometimes working 10-14 hours when it is very busy. Lots of hard work when you are in bigger busier stores. They expect a lot from you. You could work different days every week depending on the full timers vacation, off days and the weekly ads as well. Having to deal with angry customers when you currently out of a product at stores can sometimes be a pain too, that doesn't happen too often though.

    Advice to Management

Better communication with the merchandisers. Making sure that they can handle the stores you assign to them and making sure that they get help when the days are busy. Having a better app for iPhone I think would benefit greatly. The app isn't bad and does the job but it could be better, considering this is PepsiCo. Reaching out to all the merchandisers working in the stores and being in constant contact would help all of the workers as well. Making sure that new hires are ready and prepared before sending them out on their own. They should have 6 weeks of training in all of the stores, and know how each store and back room operates before sending them there on their own.
