I have been working at PepsiCo

Good Pay, somewhat independent. Customers are usually enjoyable to be around except maybe Wal Mart. Not much else is good.

Hours, Family time, management always know better despite experience or results. There is always a new initiative that is unreasonable and unrealistic on top of the early mornings (like 2am-4am) or the long hours(10-12) Management will not even flinch if new people are working 14 hour days. It just seems like everyone, including management is being pushed to do more than what one person can or should do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try listening to the front line instead of constantly condemning. Wake up and realize that injuries and accidents are a result of long and early hours. Stop the double talk ie, starting a route at 3 AM, but we need 8-10 hours of sleep. Its not humanly possible, especially with a family. Remember management is there for employees, not the other way around.
