I have been working at Perceptis full-time
Was great when they allowed agents to work from home and the focus was on world class customer service.
During busy times, back to school, agents do not get sufficient breaks and are pushed to work too many hours. There is only a focus on answering the phone in a short time. Details like good customer service and actually solving the customer's problem are not valued or rewarded.
Advice to Management
Get back to Customer Service focus
