I have been working at PerkinElmer full-time (more than a year)

Poor benefits and fair compensation. The learning culture among the employees is weak. They do not have a good software vision. The management team is all over the place.

The company is too large with very poor communication. This may be due to the re-structuring of departments and the turnover of C-level people. Hopefully, they get several new leaders that are competent. There is no long term vision.
