    Flexible work schedule. Lots of opportunities to learn new things.

    Cons

    Depending on the department Work Life /balance is gone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    HR really needs to look at years of service, and respect people. Newer people getting hired with higher salary demotivates existing people, and in turn is bad for the company. Employees being punished for sticking with the company. All managers says it is a HR policy that restricts them from promoting their existing best talent.
