I have been working at PharMerica

    - Opportunity to gain on the job experience
    - Able to get training on software to help increase your value, although not to them.
    - Relatively comfortable office atmosphere.
    - Suburban office location.
    - Ease of upper-level executive exposure.

    - Compensation is pathetic. Not even in the 10th percentile, much less average market value.
    - Incompetent management. Refuse to listen to facts, numbers are wrong if they don't match what they have in their head.
    - Non-existent culture. Literally none, horrible morale.
    - Poor responsibility structure. IT is unable to do things that are obviously their responsibility.
    - Little to no chance of promotion.
    - Annual salary increase is below inflation, you actually lose money the longer you work here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire Weishar and restructure from the top down. Until the inner circle of executive management no longer exists, nothing below will be able to change and the company will continue its fall, with regards to business and loss of personnel. Good luck.
