    I worked at Philips Healthcare full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    My tenure was structured as well they provided multiple training opportunities to compete in the field. Great 401k Program.

    Cons

    PHILIPS acquires companies and applies their label to increase brand recognition. Witnessed many workforce reductions and no retention because of this business model.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Cease limiting an employees ability to transfer to another division so that they may be able to continue providing the dedication and resources that you trained them for.
