The benefits were great. There were some nice people in the company.
They are looking to cut everywhere. They ask more and more out their employee with no raise. They just care about the stock price. Lifeline was a great company before Philips took it over. Philips has taken Lifeline in a downward spiral. The quality of service has gone down badly. The managers mislead employees on a daily basis. A lot of their products don't work and are recalled often.
Advice to Management
Be honest with their employees, and appreciate the hard workers.
