I have been working at Philips North America full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good pay and benefits. Ability to work on your own.

    Cons

One of the largest ships in the ocean. Seemingly adrift with no one at the helm. Changes direction daily based on what the prevailing winds are. Takes for ever to change course should the need arise.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pick a heading. Make it well known to everyone. Then coordinate all efforts to the same goal. Eliminate all the little pet projects and secret plans. These do nothing but pull the ship off it's course.
