    I have been working at Phoenix Marketing Solutions full-time (more than 3 years)


    Benefits and the small paycheck


    Management - the lack of. There are mid-level managers that only have their HS diploma, a certification of bridal gowns, or wedding planning. All they are responsible for is running excel spreadsheets that are not even accurate.This company - from top to bottom - has no idea what the definition of management is therefore very few people know what they are doing. There are entry level jobs held by people with Masters degrees in business that report to these wedding "professionals." It is an embarrassment and shameful. Not one decision makes good business sense. This is a sinking ship, and it is sinking fast. There are two people in the HR department and one is leaving. If they cannot keep the small HR department - what does that say about the company?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Sell! Sell! Sell! Sell! Sell! Sell! Sell! Sell before it's too late. All other employee's should only be working on finding a real company to work for. (Most already are)
